What is Meal Prep?

Meal Prep: Weekly Meal Planner (MealPrepPro on its website) is an iPhone and iPad app from J&H Technology LLC for planning a week of meals and shopping from one list. It has breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack slots for every day, 1,000+ recipes with calories and macros, 22 dietary filters, a shopping list built from the plan, and family sharing with an invite code. Plans, the shopping list and 300+ built-in recipes work offline. It is free to download; Premium, a monthly or annual subscription, adds every recipe and filter, a meal plan generator, a nutrition dashboard, a pantry tracker and, in the US, Walmart ordering. An Android version is coming soon.
