Delete your RepairRadar account and data

Last Updated: November 2, 2026Effective Date: November 2, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and data in RepairRadar, the home repair and maintenance tracking app developed by J&H Technology LLC.

1.Delete your account in the app

  • Open RepairRadar and sign in.
  • Go to Settings, then Privacy.
  • Tap Delete All Data.
  • Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

Your data is deleted from our servers straight away, the data on your device is removed, and you are signed out.

2.What is deleted

  • your account and sign-in
  • your homes and repairs
  • your warranties and documents
  • your insurance records and maintenance schedules
  • your household memberships, and the households you own
  • the photos and files you stored in cloud storage

If you use another J&H Technology app with the same sign-in, your sign-in is kept for that app and only your RepairRadar data is removed.

3.What is kept

  • Content reports you filed about other users’ content are kept so we can complete moderation.
  • Purchase records are held by Apple or Google, which process the payment. We do not control them.

4.Delete by email

If you cannot use the app, email jarrod@jandhtechnology.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “RepairRadar account deletion”. We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

5.If you use RepairRadar as a guest

Without an account, your data is stored only on your device. Delete the app to remove it, or use Delete All Data in Settings, then Privacy.

6.How long it takes

  • In the app: immediately.
  • By email: within 30 days.

7.Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a RepairRadar subscription. Cancel it with the store you bought it from, otherwise the store keeps billing you.

  • App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose RepairRadar, and tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose RepairRadar, and tap Cancel subscription.
